Let me just say i m extremely dissapointed with the way standard employee has treated my niece on the 23 jan 2013.last year i have lost a brother she was married with 4 children in which one is from the previous relationship.the one child from the previous relationship was not stayin with my brothermbut my brother was supporting her.when my brother passed away last year, this child never received a cent from my late brother wife wife, the only thing that she wanted from this child was her documents, so that she can cash in on the provident funds money.until the child decided to go to standard bank office in CONSTATIA kloof were her late father was working to find out waht is happening to her portion of the money that the father has left for her.she had a meeting with Thabo there, Thabo was not helping at all, He told this child to go and sort out her difference with her step mother, when she explains her reason, they then turn around to say the don t have my late brother "s file, but everything is with Elexader fobes.i feel so help since i m also a single parents, and just lost my mother 2 weeks ago, in which standard bank must still pay her 5% from my late brother provident fund.
