Good Day, Please note that the last conversation that i had with Telkom was when my father passed away and they still told me that they would pay the rest of the money into the Boodle account which has not happen until now. My father still had money that had to be paid out to us (Children) but we didn't get anything an no word from telkom regarding this matter. We need to have closer on this matter to put it rest and we don't find it very help full when calling the people as the people as always rude and come with an i don't care attitude. The money that due need to be paid out to the children as per his will (Beneficiary agreement) We would appreciate if this matter will be dealt with a matter of urgency to get it sorted.
