Pathetic service

I actually come with a few issues coming a while. I have an Ebucks Business Card which I tried to use at Engen, but with no luck! First it was not active, I hade to phone in, secondly the card I have does not appear on FNB system? Phone them went to Branch spoke to Ebucks on phone, 20 minutes, card active now, they say! Went to Engen this morning, decline, decline!!! So what must I do more???!!! I had issues with FNB One, emailed them 4 times, one stupid response, I replied no feedback yet!!! Went to my branch had a discussion regarding my FNB portfolio, bad service, no contact from their side, no eager to help, no solution! I went a second time, had a vehicle finance with another Bank as FNB "CAN NOT HELP, DONT WANT TO HELP!!! Had issues with Discovery Credit Card regarding upgrade etc, no help, no effort of note to make it better or as to "how can we help" rather help yourself!!! I am so over FNB it is just not true!!!
