Poor ongoing service - not shopping there again!!

Your service at this branch is simply shocking and your branch manager Mr Mike Price has no idea on how to deal issues. I have been having issues with this store for a number of months when paying with my credit card. I purchased an amount R193.87 this morning. IT took me 15 minutes to select the items and get into the queue to pay but 180 minutes to pay as your systems are not figured correctly and you reject my cc. When we do it with my debit card, the same decline. I pointed out a number of times that the error on the slips says system errors. You phone your bank ABSA and they advised that Nedbank is down. I phone my bank, they say the transaction has gone through. It costs me R10 on my cell to Nedbank and R14.00 to make a withdrawal at the ATM to pay cash and 180 minutes of my busy time and worst of all the embarrassment of the decline in public. Despicable and unacceptable. You have the further nerve to announce on the stores PA system that the Nedbank system is down and no CC from this bank will be accepted. Meantime it is your systems. I am notifying Nedbank of this issue and demand a refund of the unnecessary expenses I had to incur. Shocking.
