First National Bank
No assistance in finalising loan repayment

In trying to finalise my student loan repayment I have been sent from student loans department to collections and almost every department in between.
In desperation I have tried to contact some-one from the Premier Suite to assist me in the matter. Tomorrow will be the second 48 hour period after sending two separate emails with no response. When I called into the centre I was first put on hold for 20 minutes with no response, and then was informed that the agent will phone me back. No response.
I need know how much the capital repayment is going to be and to set up the debit order onto my own account as opposed to coming off my fathers (who has stood surety for me)
I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to resolve this issue.
