Debit card not working at retailers

Previously I report this matter to you. the card still not working at retailers. I am standing in a que to pay with the card as I can earn points on the purchases, and then have to be redfaced as customers behind me hear that my card has been declined. luckily I have cash in hand to pay for it. what must I do as previously the bank has refunded the card fees charged for reissuing of the card but I only want my card to work at the retailers in order for me not walking around with large cash amounts
