My freezer got struck by lightning, some of the meat that we had bought for the party over the wkd got spoilt. Nati, assessor quantifIed claim, fridge was confirmed to have lightning damages. I still don't have a new freezer. Contents of the freezer haven't been paid. I've been put from pillar to post, starting from marilize, zelda & list is endless. Eventually Zelda called me on Wed & sent me AOL letter for the claims card auth. I sent it back to her & todate I haven't received any feedback about the card activation &I have made it clear to all of them that I needed it by wkd as this will be the only time I'm able to assist my sick mom to shop around for the new freezer. She lives in the rural area far away from shops that claims card issues. Its Friday today& this card won't be activated by tomorrow & I'm advised that card works with certain stores. I find this service extremely horrible as I'm the one that always have to call to follow up. I spent a lot of airtime trying to get assistance since I first put in a claim 4 weeks ago. I now prefer the money to be paid in cash into my account as the claims card won't be useful anymore after today
