I would like to say that I'm actually Disgusted with the attitude that I received from the Nedbank Branch in Randburg yesterday 02/10/2013.
I walked into the bank maybe around 11.45am and I stood in the queue to be assisted with my pin number as my card had been blocked, I walked up to one of the staff named Mimi or something and told her can you please assist me, my card has been blocked as my helper put in the incorrect pin and I just got back from the hospital and I urgently need to go buy my child his medication, she said sorry she can't assist I must follow the queue so I went back to the line, the line was moving too slow so I went back to her and I said to her I have been the entire night in the hospital with my child I just left him at home and came down quickly to get his m3edication which is suppositories and Pan ado syrup and Cough mixture its really urgent as the Doctor said that I must give him the suppositories immediately should the temperature rise, she said to me that the branch manager is not available and everyone comes here in a rush and that they cannot assist me even thou it is an emergency they don't do emergency, I stood in the line again complaining to the
