An extra policy was deducted from my account and was not cancelled when the initial policy was cancelled. Sanisha took over from the agent who answered my call first because she did not give me a chance to explain, just said, that's how it is, tough, you know.
Sanisha was efficient, friendly and very helpful, promised to have feedback by today, got is as promised and I get a refund. Thank you Sanisha, i never rate people because customer service in SA is very poor, however, you deserve it! Saves!
