NO ACCEPTABLE RESPONSE AND NOT TAKING NOTICE

I took out a 3 in one motor, house contents and buildings policy. At the beginning of this year the debit
order went back and was redeposited 15 days later which was fine. I have been telling the company for
over 18 months the debit order date should be the first of the month pm as my husband and I are retrenched
and rely on a government pension which only comes on the first of the month. They keep putting it through
on the 26th which was fine when I worked but NOT NOW. When the debit order went back they changed
my policy without informing me, which they said was according to one of the policy rules which I did not
see and accordingly only cover HP and mortgaged assets. Auto and General then covered my car and
contents NOT my buildings which are mortgaged, WHY I asked and do you think I can get a straight answer
NO I cannot. Also no-one offered me cash back cover when I took out my policy but want to put it on now
and not credit the years already paid, is THAT FAIR. It took 6 emails to get my personal info correct on
my policy. Can some listen and do things properly and can I GET a straight answer???
