I took a money back hospital plan policy in 2004. I was informed that the plan has a maternity benefit. I logged a claim on the first of August 2013. I was not updated with the status of the claim until I called after 2 weeks, of which I was ignored again. I decided to send an e-mail on the 26th of August and I was also ignored. I then phoned and complained and I was promised that someone will look into my claim and come back to me. I was called two days later and told that my claim was not approved. I told the person who called that I was not satisfied and she promised to call, and to this day I have not heard anything form Hollard.
