I submitted a claim on the 16th of August, to date I have received no response on this claim, my car is waiting at the repairer since the 15th and the assessor still hasnt been to see it. Every time I call I am told someone will call me back, it has never happened so far. This is NOT the type of service I expect from Alexander Forbes after paying my premiums timeously and not a single claim in since taking out the policy more than 2 years ago. I called Jakkie twice today and was told both times she will call me back, she hasnt.
