How can we NOT help you

I made the mistake of opening a Money Market account online with FNB. I then went to the branch to provide my FICA documents after confirming that all was correct. I spend 1 and a half hours waiting to be helped only to be told that because it was opened online they cannot assist me. Alternatively I can get a separate document signed for my proof of residence and come back tomorrow and spend several hours in the bank again. Of course now until this fiasco is sorted out I cannot access my own savings at my primary bank. As a result of this I will now use the forms to close my account and as soon as possible move all my accounts somewhere else
