Good Day, I cancelled my life cover a little over a month ago and was re-assured that the monthly debit order will not go through. The debit order did go through despite your consultant's reassure on Monday, 23rd Sept. I've tried in vain to get this debit order reversed and it's been more than a week and a half and no-one is able to help me. Please can you sort this out immediately.
