Moms Home - bad service bad Bank

My mom lost her husband, fell into arrear with her home loan account, I Cidat have my own family agreed with FNB to assist and pay for the bond, we came to an agreement as she was R18000 in arrear to pay it off, I made a loan paid R9850 first payment, and monthly of 2850, I however paying my own bond as well, augusy month of 2013 missed one payment my mom was sent letter warrant of attached the house is up for action, made another arrangment with FNF legal to pay the missed arrear and updated with the same months, was call yesterday 01-10-2013 by my lawyers Clientell who advised the house has been attached 17-09-2013 after numerous email phone calls the still gone and put the house up for action, FNB is the worst bank ever to be associated with, know they say we must pay R46000 which is halft of what my mom owes, she is unemployer no income I am helping her I have my own family how can fnb do this she and her late husband have never skipped a payment for 15 years since she had the bond know FNB does not even wanna give her grace My is her only house where will she live she is 54 years of age what the is going on with FNB and Glover Inc who do you justify this
