We sold a property and Nedbank was over paid. I requested an URGENT response as the funds needed to go to my son in Europe who had applied for a home and this money was/is his deposit. Ms Incompetence herself called last Friday (4th) and said "Your query is handled. I have mailed you, I will be out of the office on Monday but it will be rectified Tuesday 8th the latest". I insisted on taking her number and she can light a candle that I have not called or tracked her down!
NO email was received.
NO further contact has been received.
We are now on the 10th and this is service? Really? Either get rid of the staff member or get her to do her job but sort this totally unacceptable service out. Nedbank is a total disgrace and should be ashamed of their poor customer service. Without fail every time we have had a problem with Nedbank it has resulted in wasted time, wasted money on phone calls and extreme stress levels.
