FNB Convenience and world class service

I have been a VIP Customer with the biggest bank in SA for more than 20 years and when they denied me a home loan on my terms, FNB was the only bank that accommodated me. Since then I moved all my business over to FNB and I suddenly started seeing the light and couldn't believe that I denied myself this type of world class service all these years.
Buying a vehicle and getting finance from FNB was the most painless transaction I ever did, I didn't leave my laptop once. Being in the IT industry and believing in the world of online transactions, it was astounding to experience the online capability of FNB! I applied for the finance online, got approved, was contacted and within two hours was ready to start dealing with the vehicle dealership. Once the deal was in place I was mailed a link to sign the finance contract online, all in the convenience of my own home!
Throughout this whole process I was assisted by Damian Siljeur from the FNB Premier Suite in Cape Town and what a joy it has been. Damian communicated with me during the whole process, explained everything to me and in my mind he has put a new meaning of what customer service should be like.
