3 years ago an in a clapped out car drove into the back of me while he was talking on his phone. He had no insurance. I paid my excess and my car was fixed. Today Outsurance phoned to say he has finally paid off my excess payment and they will put it in my account. I didn't even know they were following up. Cynthia was an absolute delight to deal with on the phone.
