Ok so I had made a claim for someone who drove into the back of my car in the beginning of the December holidays... My car was written off by outsurance... They paid me out but without my excess... They said my excess will be paid out after everything is finalized... Ok that's fine but it has been a month and a half so I contacted them as they don't keep you up to date on what is going on... So the lady said it could take a while before I can expect it because they still have to sell my old car as scrap before they can claim the money from the other person's insurance then only I can get my excess paid back to me... That is completely unacceptable... The towing yard my so called scrapped car was towed to phoned me about three weeks ago and wanted to know how to start my so called scraped car... Sounds fishy to me and to add to that my so called scrapped car was towed to smd watlow but when I spoke to someone at outsurance suddenly the car was at another yard i mite be wrong but she said boksburg... So nothing they say is making any sense to me at all looks like they are not willing to pay me out at all or looking for an excuse
