Went to query's wanted to close the account i have which is the investment account they told me i have to go the branch where i opened this account which is Ranburg thats totally wrong and it was the so called Manager who said that. i waited till they close and i was there since in the morning. please do something about it because i had enough with this stupid bank i rather bank with other Banks where i will be happy with no hustle.
