Ude manager & incompetent enquiries staff

I went to absa protea gardens to ask them to fill in a simple form whereas they failed to do so on friday, went again saturday tried out 5times yet they can't follow simple instructions. Monday I sent my sister as I had already took days off from work because of absa my sister was treated like trash went again same day monday asked to be released early mr zwane became rude towards me wonder how do they manage accounts if they can't follow instructions, had a problem where I get sms saying I must collect a credit card of which still they couldn't help
