Bad service! Unprofessional approach! No clue!

I am highly irritated with African Bank. All i wanted was a consent of recision. I have been paying my loan religiously to Flexi Trade which are the collectors for African bank. I called the African Bank Call Centre and even went in to one of the branches trying to get this resolved. I have been acting as Liaison/mediator between Flexi Trade and African Bank just to get some kind of information as to who I can speak to regarding the consent of recision letter. I have been sent from Pillar to post and not one single person in the African bank call centre or branch could give me valuable information. Not to speak about their attitude, it stinks!!! even the supervisors had no clue who I could speak to, talk about terrible service. for 4 weeks I have been calling between the 2 and ran up a bill of R1000 because no one could give me proper service.

You seriously need to look at the performance of your call centre agents and look at whether or not they are adding value to your company.

If someone could please get back to me and assist me with the consent of recision.
