Debit order Dispute

I went to Reverse a debit order, the Service consultant denied me that. She told me that I cant do that as it is the law, and that law has been there since 2010. But however, I had done the same thing in August at a different branch in Alberton. So my question is, does this law only apply at that branch or is it o nly that branch that doesnt allow reversals?
