I am utterly disappointed in the service or rather lack thereof. I requested the audio recording of the inception of the policy on 20/07/2013 (Discussed with Lobuzwe) who advised it takes about 5-7 working days. I have to date sent numerous emails but still no feedback to my request.

I have emailed: Busisiwe Mthimkulu, Nobuzwe Pikoli, Rinolen Naidoo, Mandy Gounden & Ashwell Erasmus with not one single response to date.
