I smsed "Quote" to 44010 and received a call from one of your consultants who then did a quotation for me but the quotation was more than my current insurance. I then enquired about the R400 which is promised if you cant beat my current insurance. The guy told me that someone would email me and be in touch but no one ever did instead I was offered credit protection insurance.
