Useless bank!!!

I transfered an amount of R1730 to a standard bank recipient's account on the 30th around 5pm and up until now its still not reflecting, i called the CC last night useing my whole airtime and the consultant told me that it would release within 24-48 hrs, whilst i know that even on the internet banking website they say that payment to another bank after 3:30 will be credited the following business day, i left it and thought it would clear overnight last night and still this morning NOTHING!! i called the CC again and another male consultant told me i'd have to go to the branch as they cant help me with self service terminal payments, i cannot go to the branch as im working, why do i need to run up and down for my own money that they are holding back, i've never seen such incompetent ppl in my life, yesterday i asked the consultant if she could reverse the funds so i can do an immediate payment and she said no its already released there's nothing they can do, i think absa is purposely doing this so more ppl can use the IIP system which they charge heavily for.i want that money released immediately and prove sent to the recipient that it was paid on the 30th.
