I was in a Motor Car Accident on Friday the 27.09.13, I immediatley called the call centre, Gladys you were amazing and you are so very efficient, you organised the Tow Truck autohroisation, my claim number and you called just to make I was okay (which was really appreciated) all before I had even left the accident scene.
Juan Botes you are fantastic you arranged my hire car within hours of my accident, you are so very professionaland it is so reassuring to know that I am in safe hands.
Thank you so very much to you both for your kind assistance it has been a pleasure dealing with such efficient people. I was made to feel safe in this traumatic time. You are both to be commended for your outstanding service.
