I was involved in a car accident for the first time in my life. I called the First for women's emergency number for assistance. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and empathetic towards me. The guy (Siyabonga Vumijojo) who was handling my claim was very helpful. He took his time to explain everything to me and what the claiming process entailed. We were constantly in touch via e-mail when I couldn't get hold of him when I called. The whole claiming process was taken care of within a matter of days (11 working days to be exact). Siyabonga also took it upon himself to organize me a courtesy car when it was suitable for me.
I was very impressed with the service I received from First for women and would highly recommend any woman to insure their car with them.
I have another car now and I'm insured with them again. I trust no other insurance company after the ordeal I went through.
