STILL NO FEEDBACK FROM FNB Loan Department

I have no words to describe how annoyed i am with FNB Loan Department. First they take my money on 26th/september 2013, then no one responds after 3 attempts on hello [URL Removed]??? and now they take another R250 to do a reversal of the money they from me and then they dont reverse the money anyway. Iv sent about 15 emails, filled in forms, spent about R1000 in airtime, gone to the local branch, done 3 reports on Hello Peter and no one has bothered to call me or give y R1300 they from me??? FNB LOAN department, i am an FNB customer, I did a capturing error on 26th September on Internet banking to an incorrect account, a MRS Mbambo, who also banks with FNB, within a minute of doing the capturing error, i notified FNB and rushed to the branch expecting a quick reversal as i am an FNB CUSTOMER?? to my horror FNB Loan department had swiped my money in a split second for LOANS outstanding by MRS Mbambo?? FNB Loan department fail to grasp the concept that that money belongs to ME, their customer but are refusing to give it back. MRS Mbambo is unemployed and did not draw the money so i cannot get it back from her, she didnt take it, FNB Loan department took it!!!
