I'm a costmer at African bank. Couple of years ago I has umeployed for a while and reported the matter to. African bank hey told me that I should pay what I can. In that time I was not told I was paying insurance and they did not tell me. My account as been handed over to there legal department. Why was I not told what to do at that time. They could have helped me. I called called the call center a week ago they gave me the insurance call center number. I called them its on voice mail untill now. The insurance can help every month African bank is taking out double from my bank account. I never gave them the permission to do that and I can't afford it. Call center as not helped me with this problem
