Credit refund & over/under payment

Good day. We requested a refund from Direct Axis as they were overpaid by just over R5000. Direct Axis paid the money to the NPDA who was suppose to refund us. I copied to NPDA in all the emails & followed up telephonically on daily basis to confirm whether the refund was received by the NPDA. After 2 weeks of being told the money was not received, it was finally confirmed that they money was received but the system automatically paid the money to the creditors again. We were told that because DA used my husband's ID no as a reference, the system automatically paid the money out. I mean how else would the NPDA know who the money is for anyway? And guess what? You paid DA again! Dispute my numerous requests not to do so! You also neglected to pay Standard Bank credit card for months! To make matters worse, you debited the full amount this month where could have only debited the balance. I dont see why NPDA should be paid for their incompetence. We want the payments reversed & our money back!
