I cancelled my policy this week and requested a confirmation of cancellation, the email was read by Craig Meek and was forwarded to others and i was cc'd. Today they kindly took my money out my account for the debit order. This is not the first incident i have had with this company. They so quick to offer you a service but after sales service. I request my money to be reimbursed to me by end of business today or I will go to the ombudsman and to the media.
