Contradicting tales from several employees

I applied for a loan at there Kimberley branch the 02 September- where I was basically refused service by Agnes who felt she was too busy to attend to me-I then applied online and was approved on the 04th-they informed me that it took 10 working days for pay-out, after 10 days it changed to 15 days then 3 weeks, it is past all three contradicting promises made- i contacted the Kimberley branch who told me that they were promised via email that all payments were too be made today friday 27th. I contacted the call centre again after this also did not happen and was told that they have no access to there system and cannot indicate when payment will be after being assured on several occasions, which to my knowledge was all false misconceptions because they have still not paid this loan. I feel that it is a bad reflection on such a big comapny because they are not going to listen to contradicting stories should it have been that of the clients when coming to pay them. I feel that what they expect as us of clients should be exactly what the client expects of them but it is obvious that they reflect the attitude of being doing the client a favour and that yes we are dependant on them
