I applied for a loan through Bridge Loans it was approved on the 5th September 2013.
Waited a couple of days & hadn't recieved payment. Phoned in and spoke to a customer service representantive & she told me that it would take up to 10 working days for the payment to be processed which brings it to the date of the 18 September 2013.
Called in again was told that i will have to wait up until 15 days (they added additional 5 days).
But where do we draw the line will Bridge Loans just keep adding additional days when it suits them, no one can give me a definate answer & they all sound so vague about this.
Are Bridge loans under staffed or what is the problem, there are bigger financial institustion that turn around loans within 48 hours which is a more common/reasonable turn around.
Bottom line is I just want to know when (date) i can expect the payment.
