My Blackberry 9810 had water damaged. My claim was processed by Fin-rite insurance and i was promised that it would be collected within that week. I waited 3 WEEKS and it would have been longer if not for the kind help received from Chanel Du Plessis from Pinnacle Marketing (24 Hour Mobility Insurance). I was very stressed out and disappointed and she helped me in such a shorty time for my phone to be collected and assessed. I was replaced shortly with a New Blackberry 9790. This is lower in value to my 9810 because the value had dropped. I want to thank Chanel for going the extra mile for me as a client and this meant a lot since all i got from everyone else was empty promises. She was the only one who helped me right till the end and fulfilled her promise. She is an asset to her company.
