The bank that is suppose to be bette

I was eager to change my banking to FNB. (A step I very much regret now).

The online application was made and I asked that my card be dropped off at the branch. The first mishap began with FNB that they wanted to deliver my card @ home when I already asked for the card to be delivered at the branch (big confusion) and resulted that I only received my card two weeks later. I was forgiving as we all can make mistakes.

I picked my card and gave the necessary documents to a service consultant called Julian (@ the woodlands branch) asking that the account, internet and cellphone banking to be activated. Needless to say, it wasn't done. The card hold wasn't removed, services wasn't activated and massive confusion about account activation status.

I contacted the customer relations manager as I was quite fed up, ( I made numerous trips to the branch and a larger number of phone calls to the call center) only for the issue not to be sorted out.

At this point, I have no access to any available funds, I am forced to make arrangements for my debit orders and other responsibilities because of one incompetent employee.
