So i had a policy with Liquid Capital through my previous finance for the car that go written off. Before getting a new car, I called Liquid Capital to find out if the policy still had kilometres on it and I was advised that the procedure is quite simple, all you do is send the write off letter and the cancellation of the finance and the details of the new car and your policy will be back in action! So I call them to give them the new car details and was helped by Khanyi, who transferred the call to Shaaheed. He told me that the account would be activated and that I should send him the required details on his email address which he was going to send. I NEVER RECEIVED IT! Weeks later I receive a call from Rayne who wanted to SELL ME THE LIQUID CAPITAL policy and when I advised her on what happened, she told me that she would have the manager call me (reference for the call 11582020001). That also did not happen! I would like to just simply re-activate my policy and this proving to be hard!!! WHY CAN YOU NOT SEND AN EMAIL TO A PERSON OR EVEN MAKE A SIMPLE CALL TO FOLLOW UP! Please sort this out immediately!!!
