PAYMENT OF PART WITHDRAWAL

I was at Mutual Park on the 02.01.2014 to do a part withdrawal on my savings policy and was told money will take 4 - 5 working days to reflect on my bank account, today is the 5th working day and the money is not on my bank account. I called their client service line this morning and was told the transfer is still not done and they dont know why it was not done. The agent said she will escalte my enquiry to payment dept and that should take further 2 days for me to get response from them. I feel this is unfair to me as a client as the money i requested is mine and they are earning intrest for the days they still keeping it and im not benefit anything from them. The reason i did this withdrawal was because i desperately needed cash but if i knew it will take this long i would have tried other option to get the money.
