Failing to Pay on Time

I have a funeral policy with Old Mutual Scheme for my parents, and you guys decided to swap my parents date of birth and I noticed and immediately contacted the nearest bracn to correct the mistake and they did that, only to discover that they changed their ID number not the date of birth. recently my dad passed away and I went to nearest branch to claim, towards the funeral there was no activity in my bank account only to discover that I wont receive the money on time to burry my dad because of some age adjustment which took 5 working days. I only received the money 2 days after my dad's funeral for it was vey inconvinience considering I never missed any payment.
