I made a loan with the 9months ago they really ruin people's credit score they deduct on my account early which results to unpaid 1st the 6months later I found out that every month they do credit assessment with out my consent as a result I can't apply for any credit because of them ncr must really look at this as it is illegal and I just found out they do it to everyone who has an account with them. I will make it a point that I report this even to the ombudsman and nc
