Tried every Bank, FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, all of them would not give me a home loan because I am self employed and do not have 2 years worth of Financials (co. is 20 mnths old). Even though my financials were fantastic all the banks said no.
SA Homeloans took less than a week to give us a positive answer.
In a country where Entrepeneurship is supposed to be looked upon favourably, all the banks are going in the other direction.
Well done SA Home Loans and Thank you - Maybe you should have another banks slogan - HOW CAN WE HELP YOU! they certainly do not deserve it.
