I am a first time home buyer a have now knowledge on the subject except for what I've read on the net. I applied for home loans with 2 popular Banks and was declined with both one said my ITC score was to low and the other (my personal bank) had a problem with verifying my income, which I have say is a nightmare although I am fully employed. My last throw of the dice was SA HOME LOANS although I read everything on Hello Pieter I felt I had now adder choice. I phoned SA HOME LOANS in Pretoria and spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Tracey Kurten (012 452 2808). I immediately explained my situation and way the 2 Banks declined my applications. She did a credit check and there was no problem (thanks Bank 1) then proceeded with my App. Everything was fine till we came to the income problem. After a LOT!!! Of paper work she continued to fight and give advice.
When she took a week off Shaun stood in and continued with the wonderful service.
They motivated my income (witch my personal bank simple said "it's too difficult to motivate" thanks Banks 2) and I got my Home Loan Yesterday (20/06/2013).
