Ok so i cancelled the policy i would have taken with discovery on the 2nd of september via an email i sent to daniel Ramasodi for my car and household, because i could not cancel my tracker and i decided to stay with my current insurer. in the first place only 3 days later i get a response from him saying that he would process the cancelation for me 3 days later 5 of sept 2013! yesterday 25th sept i get an sms saying that the technitian will be coming to install the dq track so i phone in to ask why and guess what! the policy was never cancelled like i asked and i have now unlawfully been debited R885.55! i want my money back TODAY!!! this is a disgrace of a company! and when i phoned in this morning conveniently no one is available to deal with my query! this company is a joke!! from august i have been phoning in asking for a broker or someone to contact me regarding life insurance and still till now not one! but it is fine you obviously dont need the clientel! REFUND MY MONEY TODAY PLEASE!! IT WAS NEVER YOURS TO BEGIN WITH!
