I sent an e-mail to Standard Bank Home Insurance after holding on for 45 minutes listening to there tune on the phone. The e-mail was sent to the e-mail address published on their home insurance website. I still have no response from them.
The claim was for water damage in my bathroom as a result of a pipe that burst. The said they do not cover bad maintenance on pipes under the floor of a house. On which i replied if they can list me 3 things I should do on an annual basis to maintain my water pipes under the floor, then I will gladly do so, but they had no responce.
It is one month before our baby comes in June. I would like to fix the mess in our bathroom, but they are no letting me reach them
Please help!
