I signed a offer to purchase for a 2010 Chev Aveo on 15 December 2011, and took delivery on the 20 December 2011.
The 1st installment was deducted prematurely on the 30 December 2011, although the 1st payment agreement with Vanessa Hendricks at Reeds Parow was to commence the 7th of february 2012, and the 7th of each month therafter and this was brought the Vanessa's attention.
Vanessa contacted Nicole Rabie, Contract Manager at Standard Bank on 24 January 2012, followed by an email, however there was reluctanceto her request. I skipped a few payments as an offset.
An avalanche of correspondence followed.
Seven emails Ref:35120614 to Complain resolution centre Standard Bank received an automated response all the time. 14 December 2012
An offer for a 2 part payment settlement per email was repudiated on 30th July 2013 by Anna Thore and Gary Rossow Standard Bank.
The vehicle has been repossessed pending auction. Is there any intervention to prohibit this action? My wellbeing is at stake including my business commitments.
