Dear FNB

I hereby refer to the following that relates to the same complaint about being overcharged for statements:

"Your complaint reference is 340629" - This was attended to (however not resolved) by Cape Gate branch for statement charges on my personal account. No response whatsoever on the charges on my business account at Canal Walk branch.

"Thank you for your message on 2013-09-09 at 13:28:57.It has been sent to the Premier Suite, who will respond within one business day" - No response from the Premier Suite.
