So Recently I decided to participate in Outsurance's R 400.00 campaign in the hopes of reducing my monthly insurance premium.
The lady that I spoke to was amazing, she did everything possible to try and assist, and when I needed time to find documentation she was more than happy to call back at exactly the intervals requested.
However in the end they were unable to better my premium, and informed me that she would be handing my report over to the R 400 Campaign and they would contact me with regards to getting the documents to verify my current rates.

This was 2 weeks ago, and I am still yet to receive a call back from them. However unlike all the complaints that I have seen on here with regards to the same thing, I refuse to wait 2 months for them to contact me.
