Unhelpful, not at all willing to assist

On Monday 25/09 I called in to make a payment arrangement on my loan, I spoke with Charmaine Lemek. She advised me I cannot unless im on maternity leave. I find this to be un acceptable. Surely some sort of arrangement can be made. I sent an email to complain and I still haven't heard a thing. The debit is meant to come off on the 30th September and I cannot afford it this month.
