I have an account with african bank and i paid my loan on the 2/09/2013 then you sent a debit again on the 20th /09/2013 and it bounced and my bank charged me for this and yesterday you debited again and you got the money and i dont know why you debit me when im not in areas. your call center did not help as the guy said he does not know why i was debited and that money must be paid back but he never got back tto me. now i have to be charged by my bank for your mistake. please pay back the money you debited without my permission and tell me what i must do with the bank charges i had to pay for your mistake.
