Never changed policy after advising them

My wives car got broken into and various goods were, as this was a remote scanner break in and there were no sign of break in, even though the back seat was broken so they could get into the boot, the Standard Bank insurance refused to pay out. I was advised that the All Risked items that were on the policy would be removed, this was confirmed after phoning them. I have now received a new policy document and I see that the items are still on the policy. I emailed them advising them that these items had been and that they were still charging me and that I wanted a refund. I am still waiting for a reply. I emailed SIL Communications 9 days ago and still waiting. They are quick to take the money every month, but when you claim or change the policy then they always delay as much as possible. The items were from July 2012 and emails and phone calls have not been responded to.
